T-Lon Products, Inc. is expanding its Hartland facility with a new warehouse addition at 1110 Richards Road, reinforcing the company’s continued growth and long-standing commitment to U.S.-based manufacturing.
The expansion will increase storage capacity and enhance operational efficiency, allowing T-Lon to better support rising demand for its PTFE (Teflon) sealing systems across a wide range of industries, including chemical processing, food and pharmaceutical, and oil and gas.

The new addition will connect directly to T-Lon’s existing facility, supporting streamlined operations and future scalability as the company continues to grow.
Oliver Construction Co. is leading the design-build of the project.
Construction is currently underway and scheduled for completion in July 2026.
