Building for What’s Next: Kelmann’s Investment in Wisconsin

When demand rises, infrastructure has to keep up.

Oliver Construction is proud to partner with Kelmann Restoration on the development of its new Milwaukee-area facility, a ~20,000-square-foot space designed to support continued growth and faster response across Wisconsin. Scheduled for completion in late summer 2026, the project reflects a long-term investment in both operations and people.

This new facility brings multiple operations under one roof, creating a more efficient hub for teams, equipment, and coordination. The space is designed to support more than day-to-day operations. With room for expanded staff, fleet, and resources, it positions Kelmann to respond more quickly to communities across the state, especially during periods of increased demand following severe weather events.

It also reflects a broader investment in the workforce. The facility will include dedicated space for employees, supporting the teams behind the work and reinforcing Kelmann’s long-term commitment to Wisconsin.

For Oliver Construction, projects like this are about more than delivering a building. They’re about helping partners scale, adapt, and serve their communities more effectively.
