A new Distribution Center, having relocated their finished goods out of their current plant located across the street.
- Demolition of an existing building on site.
- Precast Exterior Wall Panels – 42’ tall high building
- ~25,000 square feet of storage racking space
- 4,000 square feet of office space inside
- Fire Protection, Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical were all done design/build in partnership with Oliver Construction being the Design/Builder
- Excel Engineering is responsible for the Civil Engineering
