Generac Power Systems Headquarters

Overview

We worked with Generac Power Systems HQ in Waukesha to complete the “Phase 4” expansion and remodeling efforts. These efforts provided a spacious, airy environment with easy access for employees. For entry, we added an employee entry with elevator and stair access. To convey an open concept upon entry, we converted the existing 2-story factory space into an atrium with natural light, added a circulation spine supporting future phases, and included a multi-level employee patio.

We also converted the existing factory space into an open office with support spaces and added substantial natural light openings with a metal panel exterior wall system. In addition, we converted part of the factory space into a training center with a 300-person auditorium, large training rooms, and webcast rooms. And lastly, we converted the remaining factory space into a fitness center with locker rooms, the capability for weight training, and group classes.
