Oliver Construction Co., in collaboration with Judson Real Estate and the Beaver Dam Area Development Corporation, played a pivotal role in the realization of Generac’s new manufacturing facility. This project has been an intricate dance of identifying suitable land, navigating entitlements, and structuring the economics of the deal. The 345,000-square-foot facility, set to produce Generac’s renowned industrial generator line, is strategically located at the Highway 151 Business Park, situated at Kellom Road and Tower Drive.

Oliver Construction’s in-house architects and structural engineers have also welcomed GRAEF on board to complete the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Civil Design aspects of the project. This seamless collaboration is a testament to the commitment to delivering excellence and ensuring that every aspect of the project is meticulously planned and executed.
