This project has been an intricate dance of identifying suitable land, navigating entitlements, and structuring the economics of the deal. The 345,000-square-foot facility, set to produce Generac’s renowned industrial generator line, is strategically located at the Highway 151 Business Park, situated at Kellom Road and Tower Drive.
Oliver Construction’s in-house architects and structural engineers have also welcomed GRAEF on board to complete the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Civil Design aspects of the project. This seamless collaboration is a testament to the commitment to delivering excellence and ensuring that every aspect of the project is meticulously planned and executed.
