UniFirst‘s first facility in Madison, Wisconsin broke ground in May 2023 and completed construction before the end of the year. In partnership with Cohn Development, we designed and constructed a 12,500-square-foot facility, including 2,000 square feet of office space, tailored to UniFirst’s specific operational requirements. The building’s strategic location within Madison’s business district ensures easy access to major routes, facilitating efficient service delivery for UniFirst’s local clientele.
On this project, Oliver Construction partnered with Cohn Development, a full-service development company based in South Carolina. Cohn’s sister company, Cohn Construction, is a premier Design-Build contractor in the Southeast market. Being selected as a partner on this project speaks to the trust Cohn placed in Oliver to meet their high expectations for the UniFirst project.
The project was completed by December 2023, showcasing our ability to deliver on time and to specification. This new facility is set to transform UniFirst’s operations in the area, enabling them to better serve their customers.
