We’re proud to announce the completion of a new branch for Farmers & Merchants State Bank (F&M Bank) in Lake Mills, WI. This project, which broke ground in May 2023, exemplifies our commitment to innovative design, exceptional quality, and outstanding service that we’ve been delivering since 1945.
Architect Erwin “Bud” Bessler and our team designed a 3,500-square-foot facility that showcases a striking natural stone façade and exterior architectural detailing inspired by a ‘Rustic Cabin’ motif. This unique design not only adds character to the building but also reflects the local community’s aesthetic preferences.
In line with F&M Bank’s vision, we incorporated a dedicated tenant space and a community meeting room into the design, creating a hub for local activities and businesses that goes beyond traditional banking spaces.
Our Design-Build approach, combined with Bud Bessler’s architectural expertise, was key to the project’s success. By integrating world-class architecture with our expert building team from the outset, we ensured a seamless flow of creative ideas and technical details throughout the process. This methodology, which consistently produces superior results in terms of cost and schedule, allowed us to provide F&M Bank with greater transparency and control throughout the project.
We’re particularly proud of how our team’s deep understanding of banking dynamics influenced the branch’s design and layout. By focusing on both efficiency and customer experience, we created a space that is not only functional and practical but also warm and inviting.
