Oliver Construction CO. Promotions for 2023
Oconomowoc, WI January 4, 2023– Oliver Construction Co. is announcing the following internal promotions effective immediately:
Josh Davison, AIA NCARB – Project Architect to Design Manager | Project Architect. Since joining Oliver Construction Co. in February of 2015 as a Project Architect, Josh has been an integral part of the design team. He has been the lead designer on many noteworthy projects, including Generac’s atrium, corporate training, and fitness center renovations and expansions. Josh received both his Bachelor of Arts in Art and Design and his Bachelor of Architecture from Iowa State University. In his new role, Josh will lead Oliver’s Architecture and Engineering Department and assist ownership with strategic planning and direction related to design. Josh lives with his wife Kari and their 4 children in Hartland, WI.
Ryan Kolln, CPA – Controller to Vice President of Finance. In his 3+ years with Oliver Construction Co. Ryan has been instrumental in upgrading the accounting systems and reporting in place at Oliver. Ryan is a UW Madison Alumni where he received both his Bachelor of Business Administration and his Master of Accounting. In his new role, Ryan will oversee all accounting operations and take on a more advisory position to the executive team for strategic planning. Ryan lives with his Wife Abby and their black lab in West Allis, WI.
