Senior Project Architect – Erwin “Bud” Bessler recently completed design on the approximately 2,100sqft area located in the 6,125sqft existing clinic. Providers in the group were looking to modernize the finishes, improve functionality and flow within the space. Oliver will be improving restrooms, creating new exam room space and enhancing the receptionist/lobby area while employing value engineering to meet the owners budget requirements. Construction will be led by Special Projects Director – Scott Nord who also happens to be a resident of Watertown and a patient of the Family Practice. “We’ll be phasing construction to minimize disruption to Doctors, Nurses, Staff & Patients” said Nord. He added “It’s a privilege to be able to work with so many talented professionals in our community and even more so when those people are the caregivers our community looks to. Bud has come up with a thoughtful design and I’m confident our guys will deliver for the team at WFP. I’m too old to find another doctor so we don’t really have a choice!”
