Lutheran Homes of Oconomowoc dba Shorehaven & Plunkett Raysich Architects working with Oliver to complete the latest renovation at 1305 W Wisconsin Ave – Oliver’s Special Projects Division has been awarded the contract to complete 1st and 3rd floor renovations for LHO in support of their “Community-Based Residential Facility” designation. Wisconsin’s Department of Health Services classifies a CBRF as “A place where five or more unrelated people live together in a community setting. Services provided include room and board, supervision, support services, and may include up to three hours of nursing care per week.” Director of Special Projects – Scott Nord was instrumental in the award bringing a wealth of knowledge from his time at Columbia St. Mary’s in Milwaukee. “We are very excited to be involved with such a well-respected, faith based local organization. Throughout the process Mark May and Dale Dahlke from Shorehaven have mirrored the kind professionalism, courtesy and values that we try to exhibit here at Oliver. Similarly, we’ve found Eric, Jason and the team at PRA live up to their reputation as some of the best in our industry. We’re looking forward to a great project outcome and a long-lasting partnership” said Mr. Nord. Construction on the 3rd floor is underway with 1st floor renovations expected to commence in March and complete Summer 2020.
