Oliver’s goal was to demolish, renovate, and build 80,000 S.F. of new lobby, customer services, and administrative offices without disturbing normal banking hours. We achieved this by developing a schedule that utilized the bank’s off-hours and kept the doors open for business as usual during all phases of construction.
