OCC has successfully completed improvements for new Triumph Dealership
WAUKESHA, WI 011/15/2021 – Oliver Construction Co. has successfully completed the approximately 10,000SF tenant improvement converting a former home goods store to the new Triumph Motorcycle Dealership at 1505 Hwy. 164 South in Waukesha. This new dealership is owned and operated by the current owners of “Proven Power” which has two locations offering sales, parts, and service for brands like John Deere, Kawasaki, and Honda at their Oconomowoc and Waukesha locations. The new Triumph location is gearing up for Christmas with an opening planned for this Black Friday, 11/26/2021.
