OCC has successfully completed upgrades on the PRA designed CBRF
Oconomowoc, WI 12/15/2021 – Oliver Construction is finishing up on its approx. $700,000 interior renovation project at the Lutheran Home Oconomowoc Shorehaven Senior Living Facility. This project was originally started in spring of 2020 and was delayed due to COVID-19. Through careful coordination and relationships with subcontractors to minimize the cost impact due to the delays and product availability concerns, this multi-floor renovation project of existing corridors, servery and cafeteria areas is anticipated to be completed ahead of the Christmas season 2021 to allow for families to congregate and enjoy the new living spaces.
