Each of the five buildings in this new development is uniquely different on the inside while the exterior facades blend together as a development that is the finest in Oconomowoc. A wide variety of tenants began to occupy the buildings, with build-outs being completed by Oliver Construction Co. This superb development met all of the developer’s requirements and became 100% occupied upon its completion.
